PRINCE ISLAND – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation and Payment Terms
To confirm a reservation at Prince Island, a non-refundable deposit equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total reservation amount is required within forty-eight (48) hours of booking. Final payment is due no later than ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. For reservations made within ninety (90) days of arrival, full payment is required
A minimum stay of four (4) consecutive nights is required. A fifteen percent (15%) surcharge shall apply to reservations booked during the designated holiday season, during which a minimum stay of seven (7) consecutive nights is required.
Check-In / Check-Out
Guest check-in shall occur no earlier than 4:00 PM local time on the scheduled date of arrival. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM local time on the scheduled date of departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received one hundred twenty (120) or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable.
- Cancellations received between one hundred twenty (120) and ninety (90) days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee not to exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total reservation amount.
- Cancellations received fewer than ninety (90) days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Prince Island shall not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from cancellation or interruption due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to illness, injury, natural disasters, or travel restrictions.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Such insurance should provide coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and any other unforeseen circumstances affecting travel plans. Travel insurance may also reimburse non-refundable deposits and payments pursuant to the insurer’s terms and conditions.
Occupancy Limitations
Prince Island accommodates a maximum of twenty-two (22) guests, consisting of up to eighteen (18) adults and four (4) children.
Rate Inclusions
Nightly rates include:
- Speedboat transfers to/from the island on arrival/departure
- Speed boat trips to/from the mainland every other day (San Pedro).
- Boat trip to secret beach and sunset cruise.
- Hol Chan Snorkeling Excursion for all guests for every 4 nights.
- Exclusive island use (no other guests)
- Gourmet meals (3 meals/day + afternoon appetizers)
- Bartender with curated cocktails, local beer, and spirits
- Personal concierge services
- Up to 4 daily complimentary massages
- Housekeeping services
- Internet/WiFi
- Kayaks and paddleboards.
- Pickleball Court.
