KANU PRIVATE ISLAND – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation and Payment Terms
To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable deposit equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total reservation amount is required within forty-eight (48) hours of booking. Final payment is due no later than sixty (90) days prior to arrival. Reservations made within sixty (90) days of arrival require full payment.

Minimum Stay Requirements
A minimum stay of four (4) consecutive nights is required. A fifteen percent (15%) surcharge applies during the holiday season, which requires a minimum stay of seven (7) consecutive nights.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received one hundred twenty (120) or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations received between one hundred twenty (120) and ninety (90) days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee not to exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total reservation amount.
  • Cancellations received fewer than ninety (90) days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, injury, natural disasters, or travel restrictions.

Occupancy Limitations
Kanu Private Island accommodates up to twenty (20) guests, with a maximum of ten (10) adults and ten (10) children.
