SAPODILLA PRIVATE ISLAND – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation and Payment Terms
A twenty percent (20%) deposit is required within forty-eight (48) hours of booking. Final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Reservations made within sixty (60) days require full payment.
Minimum Stay Requirements
A minimum stay of four (4) consecutive nights is required. A fifteen percent (15%) surcharge applies during the holiday season, which requires a minimum stay of seven (7) consecutive nights.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received ninety (90) or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable.
- Cancellations received between one hundred twenty (120) and sixty (60) days prior to arrival are refundable, less a twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received fewer than sixty (60) days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Occupancy Limitations
Sapodilla Private Island accommodates up to 4 Guests.
